Agility

Agility

Dog agility is a fast paced dog sport, where dogs run, jump, climb and weave through different obstacles against the clock. Agility training provides both physical exercise and mental stimulation. Dogs are tired and content after participating in class.

Being exposed to different obstacles is a great socialization for young dogs. For shy and reserved dogs agility is a great opportunity to build confidence.

Agility is team work! You’ll get to know your dog on a different level!

In this fun class I will show you how to teach your dog tricks like nose touching, walking backwards, giving you a high 5 or spinning on the spot. If you enjoy training and spending quality time with your dog, then this class is for you.

In each session we will also work on basic body awareness for your dog, to build core, shoulder and hind end strength. These exercises are an important complement to agility training.
